Reflection on Planning, Creating Shop Visitation, Branding & Packaging:

Strength:
A massive strength within this section was that I had I thought about how the idea was going to be presented right from the very start, this allowed me to not waste time. It also let me refine the information down to what the key point where and this allowed me to communicate the idea in a clear simple way. In the end, I had over 50 drafts that I exported out, I then would look at them on the iPad and mark up the areas that needed changing. This helped a lot as I gave me the feeling of looking at it with a fresh pair of eyes.

Weakness:
I didn't have enough time to really learn Sketchup, which was really disappointing. I was planning on learning the software and building the whole visualisation in that program, after 3 days of learning it and planning out the presentation. I decided to draw it in illustrator as I thought this would give me a high polished feel to them within the time frame. This meant that it dosn't look as professional as I wanted it too.

If I was to do the project again:

1. I would have started using SketchUp before this project started. I think this software is really key to learn now, so I will now be doing weekly practices so the next time I need to do visualisations I can draw it there.

2. I would have put more time on developing the kid's range, I wanted it to be a doggie pattern, but I really struggled with drawing them. I now know I would have commissioned my friend Polly, who is an illustrator to draw out the pattern, as I know it would have worked really well.
